WARRANTY

We cannot accept the return of used items. Rosin Technique presses are supported by the manufacturer’s 3 month warranty and in most cases parts will be exchanged, not the complete units. No part, once used, may be returned. 

Returns are accepted for unused products in original, re-sellable condition only - no evidence of actual use. All original retail packaging must be intact. The item must be returned in the exact condition as received or there will be no refund. A restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged for canceled orders. Returns must be pre-approved. Customer is responsible for return shipping of denied returns.
