Shipment Return Policy

 

City Garden Supply  must be contacted within 7 days of receiving products.

All returns must be shipped back to City Garden Supply  within 14 days of receiving products.

Prior to returning products, customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number from City Garden Supply.

Customer returns will not be accepted unless given a Return Authorization Number which must be posted 

on the shipping tag.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless notified otherwise.
