We cannot accept the return of used items. Rosin Techniquepresses are supported by the manufacturer’s 3 month warranty and in mostcases parts will be exchanged, not the complete units. No part, onceused, may be returned.

Returns are accepted for unused products inoriginal, re-sellable condition only - no evidence of actual use. Alloriginal retail packaging must be intact. The item must be returned inthe exact condition as received or there will be no refund. 

A restockingfee of up to 30% may be charged for canceled orders. Returns must bepre-approved. Customer is responsible for return shipping of deniedreturns.
